CLIENT LOVE

  • In one session with Caitlin, I sound more relief from chronic lower back pain than I have had with 6 years of chiropractic work. She was the first to properly assess my back pain as a symptom, and tight hips being the real problem, and helped me on the path to living pain-free every day!

Thank you Caitlin, I would highly recommend CATE Athletic Therapy to anyone looking to enjoy a pain-free, healthy, active life!

  • Caitlin was the first Athletic Therapist I’ve had in 8 years that has helped me achieve fast relief and has allowed me to keep living the active lifestyle I live. I have quite the intricate knee injury that results in a lot of secondary issues; and she had a fresh new tactic for the main problem which helped with the secondary issues. She not only helps you inn session, she sets you up for after until you see her again. For me she would tape my knee for more support and comfort for my active outdoor job as well as giving me some tactics I could do myself at home.

  • It was a pleasure having Caitlin as our Athletic Therapist at Camosun. She is very passionate about what she does and has an extensive knowledge of the field. She has helped me throughout my rehab from knee surgery and I’m happy to say I haven’t had any problems since! I would highly recommend going to CATE Athletic Therapy.

  • Had Cate as an AT for my post-secondary volleyball team and had an incredible experience working with her. Every time she had a look at my injuries, I left with a very clear understanding of the underlying causes to my issue, the mechanics behind it and structured plan focused on a fast recovery. I would highly recommend her.
